Kate is one of those people that goes well above & beyond all expectations.

Kate looked after an apartment I had for sale in North Sydney. She took care of every detail & then some. When selling I believe you need to have a great communicator, someone who puts buyers at ease given that most buyers are generally out of their comfort zone. As a negotiator she is outstanding. There were some hurdles to overcome with the property but she handled those issues beautifully. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kate to anyone who is looking to enjoy a smooth transaction, great price & a great outcome.
