Moving interstate is not easy at the best of times but when you add in a pandemic and hotel quarantine it gets even trickier, so a really big thank you to Kate. Kate was really professional but with a kind and approachable nature, when we couldn't be there in person she kept in regular contact with us to answer lots of questions, big and small. Kate arranged for us to get the keys to our property on a Sunday evening and we were welcomed with a beautiful plant for our new home. It's all the little things that make a big difference and that was what we experienced with Kate.
