I am not very good with words, I talk a lot but find it hard to write things on paper. I first contacted Kate for an appraisal about 4 months before my house was ready for sale. Due illness on my behalf and me under estimating how long the renovations would take, Kate contacted me every couple of weeks to see how the renovations were going. When I finally had the house ready, Kate had a list of people to look at the house before photos or advertising. Due to her local knowledge she had a contract signed by the 3rd family to inspect the house. I have given her a brief and time frame for when I buy back into the market.
