Kate Storey Realty know this area very well, in my opinion better than any other real estate. They have an up to date understanding of what the local real estate prices are, and for how long properties are staying on the market. I found Kate to be friendly, professional and respectful of my wishes. At all times I was kept up to date concerning showing the property and feedback after each view. Her office staff were also very helpful, following up immediately any concerns and sale follow ups. I would not think of using anyone else.
