Helpful, understanding and easy to approach

Very helpful, amenable, easy to approach. Kate has been very understanding especially when we have had open houses, as we have been quite a lot over in Canberra, she has taken the time to sort out alarm, lights blinds etc ready for showing and has done the same on her departure. She has kept us in the loop at all times and give her credit when it has been her day off, or just come back from holiday she has always been very accommodating with information or relaying news.
