Kate has managed 3 of my properties over the last 12 years and all I can say is that she is by far the best property manager I have ever come across. If you ask her to do something, it gets done. If you send an email or a text, it is promptly replied to. After having some lazy property managers in the past, it was so easy working with Kate and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
