Honest, hardworking, respectful agent!

Who knew there was such thing as an honest and credible real estate agent!? Kate is a wonder agent - she listened to our needs, helped us achieve a realistic result, never oversold or undersold us, was open and timely with her communication, incredibly flexible and always trying to meet the needs of all parties. On top of that she is just incredibly kind too- you can just tell she is a good person. I would sell my house with her in the future and I would buy a property off her as I know that she is upfront and respectful of people.
