We found the apartment on MCY list of properties for sale & immediately contacted Kate who told us of open times for inspections. We visited ourselves on the first opening & later, Kate was very helpful by allowing a private inspection for our family as they were not available to visit at the normal time. When we visited, the boys were very polite & supervised the opening until Kate arrived, but our only criticism is that they were not as attentive as we assume Kate expects from her employees. However we're sure they will be good with her training expertise.
