She provided us with very clear advice on how to prepare for our sale and her market knowledge gave us realistic rather than fanciful expectations of the likely sale price range. The sale campaign itself went well, the advertising attracted buyers to look at the house and Kate and her team must have done a great job in selling the features of our house, despite it being on a very busy main road, as we had four firm offers in less than three weeks. Kate often went to a special effort to keep my mum informed when she was selling her unit. As my mum does not use email, Kate collected mum from her new address and drove her back to the unit from time to time, as well as regularly dropping off notes to mum to keep her in the loop.
