From the advice about when to go onto the market, to the preparation of the property, to the marketing through to the auction, Kate's advice was spot on. And the result surpassed our expectations. Kate's many years of experience in the Upper North Shore make her the go- to agent for a business-like and personal, trouble free experience. I have recommended Kate to family and friends.
We recently purchased an apartment in Killara with Kate and the experience was smooth and professional. Kate was approachable and very responsive and always answered our questions. Kate has guided us through the buying process and continues to support us in the lead up to settlement.
Kate is a reliable and well informed agent. She was very knowledgeable of the community. She is also very helpful and willing to put all her time and effort into our property which we are extremely grateful for.
Kate is very experienced and was very professional in her dealings. She kept me in the loop and was always available to address any questions I had. Her initiative and knowledge of many stakeholders in the market made it an efficient and easy process for me as a first home buyer.
Kate has just been fantastic … fair, honest, always available to talk and incredibly knowledgeable about the area.We are thrilled with our apartment…thanks to Kate’s expertise … highly recommend her as an agent. This lady knows her stuff🌻🌻🌻🌻
Throughout the entire process, Kate was extremely professional and accommodating. I really appreciated that she made herself available to us after hours to answer any and all questions we had.
It was a very pleasant experience and we felt that Kate tried her best to alleviate stress and pressure and make the whole process as easy as possible.
Kate is a wonderful agent to work with. Her never-give-up attitude and positivity is well matched by her dedication, care and professionalism. She is full of ideas and always trying different angles. Kate communicates comprehensively and there is never a moment where you have any doubt about your sale process and status.
Bought a property from Kate recently, she is a very professional and knowledgeable. The whole process is really smooth and pleasing, strong recommendation to everyone
It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Kate from start to finish. Her no nonsense approach is pragmatic and always with her clients in mind. We had full confidence in her and this is reflected in a higher selling price than we anticipated. There is good reason that Kate has such a superb reputation and I can honestly recommend her.
Dealing with Kate as the selling agent for this property was an absolute pleasure. We very quickly established an honest rapport and were able to get through the process without any dramas or issues. Kate protected her client throughout (as she should) but was honest and straightforward to deal with making what can be a stressful process that much easier. After the auction, Kate remained available and happy to assist and even contacted me after settlement to make sure all was in order and that we were happy with the process and the outcome. I would definitely recommend her and would be happy to deal with Kate again.
Kate is a fantastic agent to work with. Her no nonsense approach and clear communication makes it very easy to work with her. Her experience in the local market is invaluable as she knows about the current and historical trends - she is accurate with her estimates. Both in terms of how quickly a property will sell and with price guides. She's always able to outline the key selling points of a property and how it compares to others on the market. She was able to share properties that fit our interests and didn't waste our or the other party's time with properties that weren't what we were interested in.
