Kate was a very kind, and approachable agent that was able to enable my partner and I in purchasing our first home together. As a young family with aspirations of moving to the Ulladulla region, Kate was more than happy to give up her Sunday to show us our new home, with just over 24 hours notice. Kate allowed us to view the property and was incredibly knowledgeable not only about the house, but the area in general. When we knew we wanted to buy the property, Kate was instrumental in achieving a price that (I believe) both parties were happy with and all in a very succinct and prompt manner.
