Our first home buying experience was just amazing thanks to Katerina, from the first day we met her, she was always ready to help and answer all our questions, she was easy to talk to and to reach. We feel very lucky that we met her and were able to work with her

Katerina asked for a review re the proceeding of a private treaty sale in November/December 2021. Katerina seems to be a junior team member at C21 Springwood NSW. All important calls and arrangements were made by Gary Bardwell. Gary deserves 6 stars for his commitment, professionalism, and attendance to detail. Katerina would return phone calls with a text, 4 hours later, instead of calling or texting immediately. It was always Gary, who’d respond quickly with detailed knowledge. Text messages and letters had both my wife’s and my first names spelled wrong. The email request to write this review did not show names at all but started with “Dear , …”. As a junior realtor, Katerina should pay more attention to detail. Misspelled names will be seen as being ‘too busy’ to care. A quick reply to a call or txt, which in 2021 can be done with a click of a button, would give the client the feeling of been taken seriously.

Katerina was wonderful to liase with. Patient and informative with us on our purchase. Ready to answer any question no matter how small. She is friendly and sincere and with country hospitality made us feel at home at our new home in Winmalee.
