Our sale was not straight forward A great house but on a very busy road ... we actually underestimated the impact the road would have on the sale Katey managed to bring in record numbers to the open houses through brilliant marketing, but she couldn't hide a busy road once people arrived 3 months passed , well over 60 inspections and 1000's of views and not one offer....but Katey remained strong , professional and encouraging She got us an offer ... one offer....and managed to increase it by $50k over a series of discussions and we sold the house on a clean contract If Katey wasn't the highly skilled agent that she is , that one offer would have been gone and we quite possibly would still be there with that busy road ! I would recommend anyone to Katey...classy , tough.....and gets the job done !
