I have recently had dealings with Kath from Compass Realty, This is my 11th house to sell over the past 25 years, during which time I have meet and dealt with a variety of real estate personnel, Unfortunately most come across so friendly and full of promises, the saying "proof is in the pudding" doesn't really do justice here as I have had "Plastic people" sell my houses none the less after meeting and dealing with Kath I had an immediate 1st impression and it rang true throughout my listing through to sale, I wanted to go "OPEN listing" feeling that the hungry dog gets the bone. I have tried "exclusive several times and I CANNOT understand how that option gets any more attention . Anyhow I am going on!- to summarise quickly Kath was straight up front with me regarding everything from the Figure I thought the house was worth, to what I needed to do to present the place (NOT Rocket science I know) but others would suggest New Curtains paint, furniture rental /Staging new kitchen, new shower screen or tiles , ETC after doing sums I would NOT have gotten much more than my outlay back just maybe a faster sale. Sorry Off I go again, I just felt so much at peace with Kath handling my sale NO BS in simple terms.
