We set Kath the unenviable task of helping us get our house ready for sale (with an impending new purchase) at the right price and before we jetted off for an overseas family holiday. From finding trades, to advice on what work was critical / important / unimportant to do to get ready for sale, her guidance was invaluable. She was with us every step of the way.
