Kath is an outstanding agent.

She is an excellent communicator, manager and salesperson, but an even better person - she's warm, kind, and has a lot of integrity. She secured an exceptional sale price for us while treating all the buyers with respect. Her open homes are impeccably presented and professional and her enthusiasm and energy are infectious. She is uniquely skilled at selling without compromising the truth. I was incredibly impressed that Kath gave us 100% of her time and attention while our house was on the market. As a result she was always available - to manage the sale and to talk things through in detail. Kath even organised all the work needed to get my house into a perfect condition for sale. She certainly earned her commission! Her sales partner Jacob was also exceptional, and they obviously make a great team. Selling is stressful, but Kath made it easy. I never want to go through the process of buying and selling again, but if I do, I would choose Kath without hesitation.
