Overall sale of this property was managed very well and efficiently by Kathy Coombs. During Kathy's absence Chantel Bonniface did a fantastic job securing a purchaser and also negotiating a reasonable sale value. However, what I did find lacking was the communication at times (i.e. status of where things were during inspections and after sales service bit poor, not having a single point of contact - dealing with many staff for S27).
