Kath was very knowledgeable about the house and area and if she didn't know she responded very quickly. Kath made the move in go as smooth as possible as the previous owner had not vacated the house at the time of Settlement. She then spent 5 hours assisting her with vacating the house. The only reason it is not a 5 is that I was not happy with having to do a multi-offer process; I don't agree with this method of selling a house.
