Katherina really knows her stuff!! She is knowledgeable and honest. She kept us in the loop through the purchase and was always contactable, nothing was too much trouble to help us secure our new home. We were so happy with her and the team at ray white that we also asked her to sell our much loved current home too. Whether you are buying or selling I can not recommend kat and the team any higher.
We recently sold our house with Katherina from Ray White and were impressed by her relaxed manner, local knowledge, professionalism. She was able to bring the buyer to us by listening to those wishing to purchase in the area. Very dedicated and approachable.
love everything -would recommend to buy or sell with Katherina
Thank you to Katherina & the team at Ray White, Kurrajong. They are very professional, and a pleasure to deal with.
Katerina and team members are very willing and helpful to help with questions and appointments. We appreciate all their help with buying our new house.
Katherina and her team were a pleasure to work with when selling our home. We were thrilled to sell within a week for a price we are happy with. Katherina made the process easy and stress-free, and we were kept up to date at all stages. We are extremely happy with our sale and the entire experience and are very thankful to Katherina and her team.
We would like to thank you, Gavin and all the staff for the excellent way in which you carried out our recent sale. Everything was done in a most professional and caring manner. Katherina, you are the standard to which all estate agents should aspire. Robyn and Godfrey Douglas.
Worked hard and got us the result we wanted in a tough market, changed my perception of real estate agents and would definitely recommend and use katherina again if we were to sell in her location
Katherina went above and beyond, her communication was 100% from day one. Katherina was extremely helpful and fully transparent, through the whole process. Katherina is Highly Recommended.
We chose Ray White Kurrajong based on their local presence and experience, and following an initial meeting with Katherina who made us feel supported in our decision to put our property on the market. Katherina and her team were understanding of our needs throughout the process of selling our property. What stood out most to us was how proactive and consistent Katherina and her team were in their communication with us, often providing daily updates and always seeking our thoughts and direction. Thank you Kat, Gavin, Belinda and team for all your hard work!
We have no hesitation in recommending Katherina as the agent of choice in the Hawkesbury. She is knowledgeable, responsive, passionate and has the energy required to get the sale across the line. She has excellent communication skills and instills a sense of confidence in her vendors. We sold our property in less than2 weeks after listing, and truly believe that Katherina was instrumental in getting the result we wanted.
