When we encountered challenges with the vendor on the day of settlement due to contractual obligations not being adhered to on the part of the vendor. Unfortunately the vendor had left the property unclean and in excess of a small truck full of rubbish, broken furniture, food, miscellaneous household and personal items that needed to be removed.
