She was one of the only real estate agents who actually followed up with me after my house inspection, gathered from me what I was looking for in my future property and directed me to current and future properties on the market that fit my criteria. You would think that most real estate agents would carry out these tasks, but it's surprising how many don't! Katherine's pro activeness really made an impression, she was always friendly, organised, professional and had time for all my queries. Even after purchasing a property from her, she was there to help me along the process, and was always contactable.
