My husband and I have purchased and sold about 25 properties over almost 3 decades. But we have never appointed a sales agent more than once until we met Katherine Yu a few years ago. Since selling our first property through Katherine, we have at last found someone whom we are comfortable with and who we can trust. It was the first time ever for us to feel confident that a sales agent is able to work for the vendor in many aspects. The whole sales process was the least stressful, compared to the earlier sales that we have experienced. The limitation of space here does not allow us to explain or demonstrate in completeness the way she operates and the various attributes that other sales agents lack, ie transparency, integrity, honesty, loyalty and more importantly, treating our property like her own. Through our experience, nothing seems to bother or upset Katherine too much. During the sale process, we changed from an auction campaign to private sale and then to sale by date. Katherine is gentle in nature, low-key in her sales approach but a quiet achiever. The final sale results speak for themselves. In general, many sales agents do make lots of promises in the beginning but fairly quickly tend to pressure vendors in a fairly aggressive manner to accept a much lower sale price. This review is in relation to the fantastic price that Katherine got for us in our second property with her. We have recently signed a Sale Contract & Vendor Statement for our third property with Katherine. For the benefit of vendors, it is a pity that there are not enough of sales agents like Katherine Yu. Besides her, we struggle to recommend other sales agents to family members and friends. Unfortunately for many vendors, they will not know of the sales process and/or the sales outcome until after the sales agency is appointed. As vendors, we are fortunate to have Katherine Yu as our sales agent and more importantly as a long-term friend, whom we are now able to recommend to others.
