After having a lot of dealings with real estate agents I was reluctant to go with someone that works autonomously and not a big name like LJ Hooker, etc. My previous experience forced me to classify real estate agents in the same class as used car salespeople. They get huge money, have little qualifications, drive around in the latest sports cars and are as shifty as rats. Anyway Kathleen restored my faith and exceeded my expectations. I live in a remote area 1100km west of the property she sold. She organised everything for me including styling, marketing, conveyancing and she even did some weeding in the garden. Can you ever imagine anyone else doing that? Not only did she get more money then I expected in a rapidly slowing market but she got me 110k more then what it was valued at. When Kathleen promised to sell the property inside of 6 weeks we thought that was too optimistic. When Kathleen promised to give us a play by play update of the sale progress, good or bad, we thought that was new - kathleen is a great communicator.
