Neil was engaged to sell my investment property in Ingleburn, I engaged the number one agent in that area previously who had sold over 150 homes in the area, they had the property for 3 months and not a single offer was made, and most open homes had zero people. in fact the value of the home on a valuation basis was 950k when I signed up the other agent, after the agent low balled prices on REA and domain after 3 months the value of my property decreased by 200k, you can imagine I had lost faith in the process of the previous agent. When I engaged Neil and Kathleen, Neil rocked up the day after I signed the agreement, with 7 men, they cleaned the property in 8 hours and painted the whole house.. On a Sunday. the following Wednesday it was on the market, and sold in 36 hours for the full asking price. Neil, and Kathleen, they understand how to position a home, wether its weatherboard, or full brick, a townhouse or a unit, they have sold 3 properties for our family and all have been 1 day to 1 week max campaigns.
