We were so lucky to have Kathleen as our real estate agent selling our townhouse. The market was challenging but Kathleen worked tirelessly to follow up every buyer. She is extremely personable and I think this was key to getting a lot of interest in the property. The sale price was much more than we would have hoped for and we credit Kathleen’s work ethic for that.
