Kathleen, was the only agent who followed up her appraisal letter with a phone call to make sure we understood her appraisal and to find out if we had questions. That was part of the reason she got our business, the other reasons were competitive charges and a valuation which we regarded as being spot on. (some others were pie in the sky). Kathleen communicated with us all the time through the sale process, both verbally and in writing which was greatly appreciated. She got the eventual buyers to increase their offer to meet what we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Kathleen, she is very professional and does what she promises to do, we highly recommend her.

SELLING OUR HOUSE TO MOVE BACK TO THE UK WAS STRESSFUL , MADE WORSE BY DELAYS WITH OUR PURCHASERS GETTING THEIR FINANCE APPROVED . 1 WEEK BEFORE SETTLEMENT ,ON THE FINAL INSPECTION THE PURCHASERS DISCOVERED THAT THE FENCE BOUNDARY WAS IN THE WRONG PLACE... WE HAD ALREADY BOOKED OUR FLIGHTS AND OUR REMOVAL COMPANY( IT WAS BOOKED 7 DAYS AHEAD) DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME KATHY KEPT CALM AND NEGOTIATED WITH THE PURCHASES , THE SHIRE OF KALAMUNDA AND OUR SETTLEMENT AGENT. WE DID SETTLE ON THE DATE PLANNED. KATHY KEPT ME UPDATED CONSTANTLY. FROM THE TIME I FIRST MET HER FOR THE APPRAISAL , I KNEW SHE WAS NOT LIKE MOST AGENTS THAT I HAD TO VALUE MY PROPERTY . THEY WERE ALL PUSHY ,RUDE AND UNCARING. KATHY WAS CALM, KIND AND REALLY EASY TO TALK TO. SHE KEPT ME UPDATED AND WAS ALWAYS APPROACHABLE WHEN I WAS UPSET AND REASSURED ME ,SO MANY TIMES.
