It was a new experience marketing and selling a property during a COVID lockdown. Kathleen and her co-agent Damien Kennedy were outstanding and efficient with their handling of the sale process. From researching the market and proposing a correct reserve price, saw the on line auction completed at a sale price that exceeded my expectation.
