Kathryn Fiorenza began her career in the Real Estate in 2012, now working alongside the astute team at the Professionals Mandurah. Kathryn will go above and beyond any normal duties as a Sales Associate and will work diligently alongside every one of her clients to not only achieve a successful sale but provide nurturing throughout the entire sales process including after sale care. Having achieved some high accolades since starting her career Kathryn has become a reputable agent and has been rated highly amongst work peers, friends, family and clients. Coming from a background in extensive sales and marketing for a major corporate company, she was given some fantastic opportunities, such as living and working in Canada, co-ordinating events in conjunction with The Australian Ballet, Perth International Arts Festival, various Wine and Food shows and many other rewarding sponsorships Australia wide. One of her biggest achievements was hosting a festival for 5,000 wine and music enthusiasts which showcased over 107 performers throughout the day including the full Australian Army Band. She then went onto buying and managing her own Al La Carte Restaurant for 3 years, giving her the perfect background to running a business in real estate (minus the food). A proud mother to a son, Kathryn is a working Mum that is dedicated, persistent and maintains a high level of professionalism to achieve the best results for her clients. A country girl at heart, you won’t find a more travelled agent these days. Hassle Free

Kathryn made buying my new property very easy . She has a great knowledge and made it simple for someone who hasn't bought in a very long time . Another fantastic selling experience
