We had an extended campaign due to the unique nature of the property. We experienced negative market conditions - a federal election, 11 interest rate rises to name a few. During the process, Kathryn Hall and her friendly team, were diligent ensuring the house was open each week, following up with potential buyers and providing feedback on a regular basis - they never let up. At no time was there any pressure to sell below market value. They encouraged us to adhere to our expectations. The marketing campaign was professional with excellent photos and videos. These photos were updated regularly to refresh the listing. Kathryn determined the best time of day to display the house - different seasons require different timing to show the house and property at its best. Communication was excellent.
