Born in Whangarei, New Zealand, Licensee-in-Charge Kathryn Healy has lived in Australia since 1990, where she has been in the property management business for over twelve years.
Kathryn’s most recent career was with the Raine & Horne office in Jindabyne, where she ran the company’s property management division since 2011. In 2023, Kathryn acquired the permanent property management sector of Raine & Horne in Jindabyne, renaming the business Snowy Residential Property.
Snowy Residential specialises exclusively in permanent property management and real estate sales, with an overriding focus on delivering complete satisfaction to clients.
Snowy Residential is a boutique operation, whose foundation is based on high trust, communication and dedication to long-term relationships.
