I wish I had another house to sell, a friend got up me for not telling him I was selling, he was looking, too bad. Kathy did a fantastic job selling, I didn't have to do too much, overall a great experience.

I dealt with Kathy Baker, one of Simons Team members - essentially the only reason I ended up buying this house which myself and family are extremely happy in is because of Kathy Baker. She arranged our inspection on short notice during Covid 19 testing times. Her approach to selling a house kept me interested even though it was really my wife that wanted the house not me. Even when my initial offer being far to low was rejected by owner Kathy kept in touch and offering advice & knowledge of area whereby I ended up realising the house was worth more than my evaluation, hence I sourced more funds to make a realistic offer which was accepted. Even after the offer was accepted the deal could have fallen over on 3 more occasions due to bank approval time lapse and an ongoing sale. My broker & lawyer appeared to be on no assistance with dealing with the bank or anyone. It was only Kathy who kept negotiations alive between myself & seller. Only Kathy who had an ear to lend to my frustrations - she always returned my correspondence asap. Through Kathy we were able to work a rental deal which kept this sale & the ongoing sale alive.
