Kathy was very helpful. Her attitude of no rush, no push is really important to build a trust in us at the first time to find a property in the location that she is very well knowing. Kathy's contact and communication are very good. She always returns phone calls and emails. Not all agents could do so as I experienced in the past 1 year. Kathy provided information in the way that we believe it is true and honest.
