It was a pleasure to deal with Kathy for our purchase of our property. From the first inspection we noted how well she presented the home and the wealth of knowledge she had not only on the property but also on the Rockdale area. We really appreciated how direct and professional she was in regards to answering our questions about the property and vendor, and if there was a question she was unable to immediately answer she found out and got back to us promptly. Kathy’s communication skills were excellent and put your mind at ease, she not only got back to you but also kept up communication consistently to let you know of the developing situation with the property. As a gay couple and first home buyers we were also impressed with the kindness and respect Kathy gave us, it definitely made us feel welcome. After our offer was accepted we were also impressed with the speed at which Kathy handled the signing of contracts, the liaising with our solicitor and the post contract signing experience. We also appreciated the calls she gave us to congratulate us on our purchase. I would definitely recommend Kathy to other prospective buyers and sellers.
