Kathy went above and beyond to sell our property. Was available 7 days per week to answer any questions. Kathy offered hour long opens which allowed buyers to explore the property without feeling rushed. Kathy was professional in every interaction. She found contractors for us during a particularly difficult time over Xmas and never stopped until she found a solution. She even turned up with a new seat for our ride on mower which had broken. Kathy has even spoken to agents interstate to help us with our house hunt. Her knowledge of the market and sale process is exceptional. Kathy managed the sale in a confident and relaxed manner which enabled us to focus on our move interstate. We would highly recommend Kathy.

We initially spoke with Kathy de Jong some month prior to our Mother's home of 60 years going on the market. At this time she demonstrated how patient, kind and understanding she was in relation to advice on how best to prepare the property for sale. She was able to give us contacts for some trades and also worked well with myself and my 3 siblings and was empathetic to the emotions that often arise from selling a family home. The sales process itself was handled professionally by Kathy and she kept us all well informed during the campaign. Kathy dedicated alot of time and energy into the sale showing multiple potential buyers through the property for private inspections outside of the advertised open home times (this didn't inconvenience us as the home was empty). Kathy obtained an exceptional sales price for us inside the 4 week auction campaign. We cannot commend Kathy enough for her dedication, patience and kindness but it was mostly her clear understanding of the Brisbane property market and sales processes combined with ability to communicate well with both my family and the purchaser that made the process quick and smooth. Dealing with Kathy was very pleasant and easy, nothing was too much trouble from the sale process and follow up before and after settlement. From providing a range of contacts for the property needs to key handover and keeping us informed at all stages between offer and key handover and follow ups it has been a simple process for us.

Kathy took time to understand my position and listened to what I had to say. She made me comfortable, communicated everything, never pushy, and even bought paperwork to my new unit to explain the contract. So polite and willing to please. Just excellent.

Kathy was easy to work with and very considerate. She worked very hard to sell my property and always came up with solutions when problems arose e.g. when my gardener let me down, she found someone at short notice to do the job. Nothing was too much trouble if it reduced the stress of having the house on the market. She was realistic about the value of my house and worked with determination to achieve that goal.
