What can i say Kathy was awesome we had quite a few glitches as we were selling one house in Sydney and purchasing here in Bundaberg. We had issues with our lenders solicitors and we had to visit Kathy and get paperwork printed a couple of times so it could be signed and witnessed and then she scanned and emailed it back to us. Kathy was very professional and went out of her way to help us with any problem we encountered i would refer her to other prospective buyers and sellers.

Kathy lived up to the term "above and beyond". Our purchase was made complicated by ongoing substantial bank errors that dragged out settlement to frayed nerves.
