We had 5 agents assess our property and they all came in lower than Kathy's estimate. We were a little apprehensive but Kathy assured us that it was her reputation on the line and she was confident that she would get this sale figure which she did. The house was sold in 3 weeks. All through the process Kathy kept us informed with each inspection and then sent us a weekly summary. We found Kathy to be a delightful person, easy to communicate with, hardworking, enthusiastic, always professional and honest, who made the selling process stress free.
