Kathy Hohns did an amazing job as our agent. As we had not sold a property before it was quite daunting experience for us but Kathy was very helpful and walked us through the whole process. Kathy was very professional but also very patient and respectful to our needs and put us at ease straight away. At no time did we feel pressured or uncomfortable. Kathy was very understanding of our needs and always treated us with respect. Kathy's knowledge about the market at the time was spot on and she had buyers in mind who she thought would be interested in our property. She had a sale price for our property in mind which was way above our expectations and turned out she was absolutely correct. Our property was on the market for just a few days before we had multiple offers. The first few offers were great but Kathy was confident we could do even better and 2 days later we sold our home for an amazing price. We can never thank her enough. Kathy is a true professional who likes to get to know her clients so she can cater to their individual needs and also knows what her buyers are looking for. We are so happy we had Kathy as our agent.
