As a first home buyer, I was petrified of the purchase process. I had already had three different offers fall through, and was struggling with finding something within my budget. Kathy was incredibly knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and helped to ease any stress I was feeling. I have had a hard time with Agents in the past and difficulties with them, and Kathy was so easy to deal with. If (and when), I choose to sell, I would be very happy to use Kathy as my agent. She walked me through the steps, and was incredibly accommodating and even arrange a pre-exchange appointment with very little notice. I had difficulties getting strata records from the strata manager and she contacted the owners and the strata company to obtain these details for me.
