There was no pressure to sign, rather they wanted us to be comfortable with everything. Pre-sale, they arranged and managed the small tidying up projects and regularly kept us informed of progress. Once the property was on the market they went above and beyond with the open home - making sure everyone who wished to view the property had an opportunity to do so. Whilst Kathy and Chris were working for us as the sellers, we knew that their honesty and integrity, combined with their enthusiasm would make the prospective buyers comfortable. In fact, we were impressed by their respect for the buyers and how they guided them through their side of the process. Expectations were set realistically, backed up by data, so there was no rowing back from a previously set high valuation. We have had many dealings with professional people in the service industry, and therefore we know great professional service when we encounter it. Kathy and Chris provide great professional service.
