Kathy helped the reviewer sell this property

Very professional

Kathy met with us and set realistic goals and price range (higher than other agents) for our property which we were able to sell in a timely manner approx 3 months, for the suggested price range in s very slow market. She is very professional with an excellent knowledge of local market. Would highly recommend Kathy.
