It has now been four months since we last purchased our property through Kathy and at any given time Kathy will still reply to any queries, questions advise etc.... even though the deal was finalised four months ago. It is very rare to come across an agent that is honest with you and is not afraid to loose the sale if you are not happy with the property. Unlike most agents who will just pull stories out of thin air to push you into it, it was bery nice when we found Kathy and we are very happy that our purchase went through her.
