Kathy helped the reviewer buy this property

Professional, supportive and provided outstanding service

Kathy was absolutely lovely to work with throughout the process of purchasing our property. She kept in regular contact with us and was always happy to help, particularly when guiding us through the online offer process and the due diligence steps once our offer had been accepted. What really stood out was Kathy’s professionalism and willingness to share her knowledge at every stage. She made sure we understood the process and was always responsive, supportive, and easy to deal with. In a market where some real estate agents provide very little support because properties will sell regardless, Kathy truly stood out. She went above and beyond and demonstrated what a genuinely professional real estate agent should be. We felt well supported the entire time and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kathy to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
