Great experience

I couldn't recommend Kathy enough. She was so easy to deal with, highly professional, friendly and approachable but never pushy. She went out of her way to help wherever she could. Her experience and knowledge were evident from the beginning. She gives you realistic expectations and then exceeds them. Her communication with buyer and seller as well as third parties makes everything run smoothly. I will be calling Kathy again the next time I need to buy or sell.
