Average days to sell homes in our area was 367 days......Not with Kathy Sweeny she did an excellent job with marketing, recommending advertising techniques (3D walk through definitely recommend) as well scheduling regular open homes and buyer visits. Apart from being on time every time she also prospected potential buyers from plenty of other channels which resulted in multiple offers being presented after 2 weeks and the house sold and settled in 6 weeks!!
