Kathy’s professionalism was lacking during the process of purchasing and settling on her property listing. She was rude, dismissive and abrupt in all communications with her. Wish she spoke sense into the sellers as they left the place filthy, with dog feaces scattered across the lawn. Her actions don’t make sense as she lost the potential for future clients if we were ever planning to sell or lease the property. Don’t recommend to buy a property from Kathy. Was not an enjoyable experience whatsoever.
