Kathy helped the reviewer sell this property

So glad we went with Kathy and the Ray White team!

If you're looking to sell your place, we honestly can't recommend Kathy Wigfield enough. We just sold our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house with a double car garage in Baldivis, WA, and Kathy was an absolute legend throughout the whole journey. The biggest hurdle for us was that we actually live in Queensland. Being thousands of kilometres away from our investment property could have been an absolute nightmare, but Kathy completely removed that stress. Knowing she was on the ground, handling everything locally, gave us total peace of mind. Her communication was spot on. She was just a quick text or phone call away and constantly kept us updated, explaining what was going on and what steps we needed to do to reach our objective. Right from the beginning, she was super approachable but also incredibly realistic. She’s straight to the point and doesn't sugarcoat things, which was exactly what we needed to navigate what's happening in the property market right now. She coached and encouraged us the whole way through, keeping a positive vibe even when things got stressful. Whenever unexpected issues popped up—which is terrifying when you're interstate—Kathy was already on top of it, organising solutions before we could even worry. Even though we had heaps of enquiries without any solid offers at the start, Kathy never backed down. She followed up tirelessly with potential buyers, staying focus on getting us the absolute best deal. We are so incredibly happy with everything Kathy did for us. If you want a real estate agent who genuinely has your back and gets things done—even from the other side of the country—definitely give Kathy a call!
