Kathy helped the reviewer sell this property

The Best Agent

I believe if I'd had Kathy as my agent at least 3 months before the market kept dropping, she would have saved me at least $30,000. I had another agency for 6 months prior to Kathy & had not one offer. 2 days short of ONE month Kathy had an offer & it was sold! I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone who really wants to sell their property.
