Professionalism, energy, and great communication.
Kathy assisted us in every step of the sales process, from presentation of our unit through to completion of the sale. We found that she was highly professional, energetic, extremely well organised and communicated clearly and promptly, which as overseas (New Zealand) based owners was an important factor. Nothing seemed to phase Kathy and she was always willing and able to assist and help solve any issues that arose. In addition, Sun and Sage were newly established at that time and it was our earlier contact with Kathy and her experience and knowledge of the local market that gave us the confidence to place the sale of our unit in her hands. We were not disappointed and highly recommend Kathy and Sun and Sage.
