Kati and her team have been fabulous throughout the sale of our house. From explaining all of the steps, to staging our home, great communication and of course a great result. No other real estate in the area offer the outstanding service and dedication that Kati and her team deliver as standard.
We decided very quickly to sell our home. We were familiar with some of the local agents and what they could offer. We had been to previous open homes where Katie was present on behalf of her sellers, so decided to ask her to see us first. After that meeting we decided right there and then that Katie and Sharon were the team for us. Whilst there was a fee for a package for advertising, styling etc which honestly would have deterred us in the past, we could see immediately that the fee was going to be a good investment in this power duo to obtain the best style for our house and to sell quickly. They came and spent 5hrs at our home styling and ensuring it looked dressed for success before the photographer arrived. Katie stayed and vetted all photos being taken to use. They made a great team and our photos were amazing. We had our first open home and with her large database we had 21 groups come through and received a contract immediately for significantly over what we thought our top price would be. Both Katie and Sharon were always so very professional and kind, reassuring and always followed up when they advised they would. We are so very glad we had the power house that Katie is selling our home. We can see why she is the best agent in the area. AMAZING!!!!!

They styled the house for me to ensure people were seeing the very best the house could offer. I hadn’t realised the house could look so good! After each open home they updated me on the number of parties attending - their thoughts and estimates of value. (I received a contract after the first open home however we continued with open homes). Would definitely use Kati and her team again!! I purchased this home from Kati and remembered the wonderful service from the buyers side as well. Only made sense to use her again for my sale - and I wasn’t disappointed.
