We had been planning to sell our house for a while, with our new block of land under development. A Monday morning phone call to Belle Property was followed up with an afternoon visit from Kati. It was obvious from the beginning that Kati was a passionate person, full of enthusiasm, strategies, and best of all she cared about us. Kati wanted an open house this weekend, 4 days away !!! A plan was developed and Kati organised for the dressing of our house Tuesday morning. Introducing Rosie, who was bubbly, friendly and very compassionate as she moved my favourite ornaments from display. I learnt doylies are a no no. Photos Tuesday arvo, Wednesday afternoon advertised on-line, pamphlets printed to be distributed around the area. First open house for an hour on Saturday with encouraging numbers and genuine interest. Through these busy days we were not forgotten, with Kati or Rosie keeping us informed, what a team. Some buyers requested another open house so their family could attend. Monday at 5pm was another viewing time. Kati returned later that evening to what we believed was bringing us up to date. She announced she had 3 offers. We were blown away. Kati at our first meeting said it may take a month to sell but we will, and will get the best price for you. It didn’t take a month, a contract was signed after 3 days, 2 open houses and at a price higher than we expected.
